LEAGUE ADMINISTRATIVE CALENDAR
Monday, September 26
Mandatory Coaches Meeting at 7pm. Meeting will be held at Visitation Academy . At least 1 representative from each participating school must attend.
Tuesday, October 11
Team Entry Form due by 5pm.
Thursday, October 27
- ALL LEAGUE FEES ARE DUE (Mail or deliver to address above)
- Team Rosters must be entered online
- Emergency Contact Information & Parental Releases are due
- ONCE ALL FEES & FORMS ARE SUBMITTED, you will be able to pick-up score sheets & racquetballs for the season at Vetta Sports Concord after school (after 3 pm).
- FINAL SCHEDULE will be posted on the website no later than 6pm.

- JV3 League Play Begins
Monday, October 31
- Varsity, JV1, & JV2 League Play Begins (You may apply on your entry form to begin the week of November 7)
Monday, November 14
- Entries for the Top Seed Tournament & Doubles must be submitted online by 6pm. Doubles entry fees due.
